Combination of free forging or stamping and continuous (circular) rolling to obtain ferrules, rings and other parts of revolution with a recess inside an internal diameter. Circular rolling with a rectangular cross-section is used when the cross-section of the profile of the crown or ferrule is rectangular, in other words, when the part is characterised by an external diameter, an internal diameter and a height (or thickness).
